SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once your order has been received and payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

For ​UK Mainland orders, this will be sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked and should be received within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

​International orders are sent by first class international post and will usually take around 6-10 working days for European countries and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world.For larger orders, a courier service may be used.

Our Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition that it was received. Once this has been received, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be checked by our returns team, where an exchange or a refund will be issued within one working day.
